There are lenders out there that love to collect paper. I am not one of those lenders. The loan process can be as easy or as difficult as the Mortgage Company makes it. The strength of the borrower or borrowers will also determine the amount of documentation or
the difficulty at which a loan can be obtained. I pride myself on having a good knowledge of the business and knowing what needs to be done and in what order to make the process quick and easy with little or no hassle to the borrower. The process is simple.
1. I will take a loan application personally, face to face, over the phone, or you can fill it out on this website.
2. After carefully qualifying you by your application I will ask for permission to pull credit. Now, where many lenders mess up, is not knowing the programs and guidelines well enough to know how the loan can be placed after steps 1 and 2. After Steps 1 and 2 I will know what loan best suites your needs.
3. I will run the application and credit through an automated underwriting system that will approve the loan usually in a matter of minutes and will tell me what documentation it needs from the borrower.
4. I will overnight, email, or fax the paperwork if you are unable to sit down with me to sign. All you have to do is send the paperwork back along with documentation requested by the automated system and for the most part you're done. I promise to make obtaining a Texas mortgage loan as easy as possible. The less paperwork for me means the less paperwork for you. Less paperwork is my motto.
